Aristocats

Iona was in a play recently, Aristocats.  She played Cool Cat.

Here is her cast headshot.  Hopefully I will have some pictures from the play soon and can share those.

Next play is not until Fall and will be Annie.

I know its the first day of spring....

...but here are some photos from Christmas time. 

Every year the kids decorate a gingerbread house.  Its made easy by a kit from Costco that contains a ready made (and put together) gingerbread house, so all the kids have to do is decorate it.

A couple of days later the kids had a little tea party with cucumber sandwiches and cakes.  I also found little tiny gingerbread houses for them to decorate.

Christmas morning.  Our tradition, open gifts then have bacon butties (yummy!) which should hopefully last us through to dinner time.

I failed.  I didn't order the Fall 2011 school photos when they were taken last year, so I had to late order them.  (I finally did it about a week before the Spring 2012 ones were taken - and yes, I did order them.  Just waiting for them to arrive.)
