As part of the GATE (Gifted and Talented Education) program at school, Arran has been helping run a school restaurant called the Frosty Flake Cafe.
Weeks of planning cummulated on Saturday December 11th 2010 with their first service.
It was a Latino themed lunch and the kids, under the guidance of their GATE teacher Mr Flynn, put together the menu, priced tickets, decorate the room, set the tables, prepared the food and served the attendees.
During service, the kids were all so focused on their jobs, be it cooking or serving. It was great to see.
