Epcot in January

After 2 days of non stop running around sorthing things out for our vacation rentals, we managed to get a day (well 3/4 or a day really) at Epcot.  We managed to; watch Miyuki, the candy lady, in the Japanese Pavillion (the first time we saw her) and try out the pizza at the new Italian eatery - Via Napoli in the Italian Pavillion (it got 2 thumbs up from the kids).
